Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We ship worldwide via DHL or Deutsche Post, and nationally via DPD or DHL.
Every shipment is insured, and we will of course send you a link for tracking.

– Within Germany, shipping costs are a flat rate of €6.50 via DPD or €7.00 via DHL.
Shipping to Packstationen (parcel lockers) is only possible via DHL. If DPD is selected as the shipping option when shipping to a Packstation, the package will automatically be sent to the billing address.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €90.
If a return of one or more items means that the requirement for free shipping is no longer met, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. The refund will therefore be reduced by the actual shipping costs incurred.

– Shipping within the EU is €8.00 (up to 0.5kg), €12.00 (up to 1.0kg) and €15.00 (up to 2.0kg) // If your order contains 1 or more LPs, shipping costs a flat rate of €15.00
– Worldwide shipping is €9.00 (up to 0.5kg), €13.00 (up to 1.0kg) and €18.00 (up to 2.0kg) // If your order contains 1 or more LPs, shipping costs a flat rate of €48.00

Special shipping and payment conditions apply to wholesalers, which can be requested from us.

Unfortunately, not every item is always in stock. Therefore, the customer has the option to withdraw from the purchase after 10 days.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal & return shipping
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The following are generally excluded from exchange: concert tickets, unsealed sound carriers, books and underwear.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by e-mail to retoure@merchonline.de.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Please do not simply return the package under any circumstances.!!!
Be sure to send us an email with the package’s tracking code beforehand.
We are not Amazon and goods like to be lying around in a parcel shop somewhere.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
