TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TICKET SHOP

The sale of event tickets (hereinafter referred to as “Tickets”) for events offered by MERCHONLINE online is exclusively subject to the following terms and conditions of

By ordering tickets (hereinafter referred to as “Tickets”), the customer instructs us to handle the ticket purchase on behalf of and for the account of the event organizer, including shipping and payment processing.
- Contractual Basis
By purchasing a ticket, a contractual relationship regarding the attendance at the event is established exclusively between the ticket buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and the respective event organizer. The offer for concluding the contract is initiated by the customer as soon as they place an order for tickets online (by clicking the “Buy Now” button). With the sale or dispatch of the ticket, the ticket or event contract with the respective organizer is concluded through our mediation. When attending the event, the separate terms and conditions of the respective organizer apply.
- Ticket Price and Fees
All services that we provide on behalf of and for the account of the event organizer to fulfill the ticket purchase between the customer and the organizer are included in the total price.
This total price, its composition, and the statutory VAT included will be displayed in the electronic shopping cart assembled by the customer during the online purchase process. Depending on the customer’s selection of specific services, such as shipping methods, payment methods, or insurance, additional fees may apply.
The customer confirms the final ticket prices and fees listed in the shopping cart by clicking the button during the online booking process.

Payment and Delivery
4.1 Payment MethodsIn principle, payment via PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer, and credit card is offered. The relevant account will be charged upon order acceptance. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for specific events.
4.2 Delivery Methods
We exclusively offer digital tickets (“print@home” and “Mobile Ticket”).
After the payment is completed the digital ticket will be delivered automatically via email.
This might take up to 15 minutes.
The ticket can also be downloaded from your customer account page. -
Ticket Purchase and Resale
Tickets are sold only to end customers. Commercial resale of tickets is only allowed with our explicit consent. -
Admission
Admission to an event is only possible with a valid ticket. A booking confirmation or an invoice is not sufficient, unless explicitly stated otherwise. -
Liability / Warranty
The information about each event is provided by us on behalf of the event organizer. The organizer is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the content. Warranty claims by the customer regarding the services mediated by us on behalf of the organizer only exist against the respective organizer. We are particularly not liable for the actual realization of the event or for the refund of ticket prices in case of canceled or rescheduled events. We are also not liable for any damages arising from such circumstances. -
Rescheduling or Cancellation of an Event
In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation of an event, any claims by the customer must be made directly to the respective organizer. There is no entitlement to a ticket return from us. However, we will make efforts to resolve the issue in the customer’s interest. If we accept tickets for return in individual cases, this applies only to tickets purchased through us. Shipping and service fees will not be refunded. There is no right to return tickets purchased from other sellers. -
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
A right of withdrawal for consumers does not exist according to § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 9 BGB for contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or period for performance. Since we offer services related to leisure activities, especially tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Each order of tickets is binding immediately after confirmation by us on behalf of the organizer and obliges the customer to accept and promptly pay for the ordered tickets. If payment is not received within 3 working days, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order. A ticket exchange is excluded. -
Provision and Validity of Digital Tickets
A ticket is delivered via email or PDF link (“print@home”) and as a mobile ticket for mobile devices (“Mobile Ticket”). In the print@home process, the customer prints the ticket purchased online themselves.
The uniqueness of the ticket is ensured by a printed QR code, which is scanned and validated at the event entrance. The mobile ticket can be transferred to other mobile devices and shown at the event entrance, provided the technical requirements for the mobile device are met. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the readability of the barcode at the time of entry control, so it is explicitly recommended to carry a printed print@home ticket.
The customer is required to store the ticket securely to prevent duplication by third parties.
In case of loss or misuse of the ticket by the customer, the customer has no claim to attend the event or receive a refund of the ticket price.
Commercial resale of tickets to third parties is prohibited. In case of violation, the ticket buyer or ticket holder loses the right to attend the event without a claim for a refund of the ticket price or associated fees.
Anyone who illegally duplicates and/or circulates tickets can be held liable for any resulting damages by the organizer. Furthermore, criminal prosecution (e.g., fraud, document forgery) will occur. -
Credit Card Payments
We collect credit card payments on behalf of the event organizer in our own name. The customer will be in default if the payment is not executed by their bank or is reversed. In this case, the organizer is entitled to charge the incurred bank fees plus an appropriate processing fee. In the event of payment cancellation by the customer or their bank, we will send a payment request to the email address provided by the customer. If no payment is made within the specified period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract on behalf of the organizer and block or return the tickets for resale. In this case, we retain the right to payment of the contractually owed pre-sale, system, service, and shipping fees. Any further damage claims by us or the respective organizer remain unaffected. -
No Willingness to Participate in Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution is available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. -
Terms and Conditions of the Organizers and House Rules of the Venue
The organizer is responsible for the execution of the event for which the customer purchases a ticket under these terms and conditions. The organizer and the operator of the venue where the event takes place have the right to impose their own terms and/or house rules for attending the venue as part of the contract with the customer for participation in the event. Due to current security concerns, the customer should expect the organizer and/or venue operator to enforce one or more of the following security measures in their terms or house rules:
- Ban on bringing bags and backpacks
- Obligation to check in bags, backpacks, and outerwear for a fee
- Body checks at the entrance
- Ban on bringing items that could endanger others at the event

Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). -
Final Provisions
We have not made any agreements or promises with the customer, either orally or in writing, apart from these terms and conditions up to the time of contract conclusion. If any individual clauses of these terms and conditions are wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. -
